We are pleased to announce that we achieved 1st place (national category) in this year’s “Austria’s Leading Companies 2018 Lower Austria” (ALC 2018) competition.

This competition is essentially the “Oscar for the Lower Austrian economy”. The winners are determined using an objective key performance indicator model. The sole criterion is the economic performance of a company over the last 3 years. The evaluation is carried out by KSV1870 Austria and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
We would like to dedicate this award to our employees, who have significantly contributed to this success. We want to share this joy with our customers and our long-standing reliable business partners.

On May 23, 2017, the “Austria’s Best Family Business 2017” was awarded in a ceremonial setting. RHG was nominated for this and invited to the gala in Vienna at the Aula der Wissenschaften. During the festive gala, the provincial winners and an overall Austria winner were honored.

On Friday, June 8, the company celebrated its 30th anniversary with its employees and customers, a total of 130 guests at the company headquarters in St. Valentin.
The guests enjoyed an entertaining evening with the waiter sensation Pronto Pronto at a 4-course gala dinner.

We are proud to announce that our company has been certified according to the new ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management” standard since December 4, 2017. In our 30-year company history, our pursuit has always been continuous improvement, as well as the constant technical and organizational development of our products and company. The certification was conducted by the Austrian company “Quality Austria” according to the current 2015 version.

To optimize our production and increase our capacities, we have expanded the manufacturing hall by 460m². After 4 months of construction, we have put our Southeast production hall into operation, and RHG now has more than 1650m² of manufacturing space available.

Effective April 1, 2017, Franz Kohlberger will assume the position of Managing Director of Robert Hörtner Personalberatung GmbH.

Robert Hörtner Personalberatung GmbH specializes in personnel consulting for SMEs, providing selected skilled personnel such as electromechanics, electrical installers, wirers, industrial electricians, technical draftsmen, technicians, and project engineers.

With our project “Environmentally Friendly Energy Savings with Synergy Effect,” we were nominated for the prestigious environmental award Energy Globe 2017 in Lower Austria, Tulln, in the “Fire” category.

Our focus in planning is on the optimal use and distribution of the required energy, maximum environmental protection, reduction of emission values, and efficiency enhancement.
